Gateway to Vermont’s Rural Heritage
Explore one of the finest small dairy farms in America and a museum of Vermont’s rural past. Get comfortable with our Jersey cows, sheep, horses, and oxen through activities and programs. The operating dairy farm, restored 1890 Farm House, and engaging farm life exhibits displayed in 19th century barns, showcase this model farm, a Woodstock landmark since 1871. Site is handicapped-accessible; wheelchairs available. Allow 1 ½ hours minimum.

For the first time in over 70 years, the Billings Farm is marketing a Billings Farm dairy product: Sweet Cheddar + Butter Cheddar on sale in the gift shop.

DAILY: April 1 – Oct. 31, 9:30a.m. – 5:00p.m. WEEKENDS: November – February, 9:30a.m. – 4:00p.m.; Tours also available by appointment.
Group Rates & Policies:
$9.00 per person; Engaging programs with our livestock or on a specific theme, sleigh or wagon rides, and/or hands-on activities can be arranged especially for your group for an additional fee – please inquire when reserving! 10 person minimum. Reservation recommended. Driver and escort receive free admission and complimentary ice cream from the dairy bar. Ample parking.
