Natural history meets art at this one-of-a-kind Vermont treasure.
Visit loons and 500 more life-like woodcarvings of Vermont birds in typical habitats. Almost all Vermont species are on display…and they won’t fly away. Some non-Vermont birds delight the eye as well. See and hear wild birds though a one-way viewing window or from our accessible Tree House. Explore 100 acres of rural Vermont on our walking trails, discover new Vermont artists, enjoy a bird-friendly garden, and observe a wood carving demonstration. Take advantage of our quiet location to learn new bird songs, browse our gift shop for the perfect nature-related memento, or attend one of our many programs for children and adults.
