We are conveniently located only 3.5 mi from Shelburne Museum and Vermont Teddy Bear.

Our Sugarhouse is open year-round for your group visits, by appointment. Maple sugaring season is March and April when the sap flows and maple syrup production is in process but your group can learn the process, taste the syrup and treats, and enjoy a visit anytime!

We offer three different tour options all of which include maple products available to sample and purchase.  A full tour of the sugarhouse, the maple syrup process and history.  The options are as follows:

  • A full tour, free samples and maple products to purchase.
  • A full tour, free samples, a bag lunch to go or eat in.
  • A full tour, and a formal sit-down maple themed dinner.

Dates of operation:

Year-round by appointment. Peak season March and April and fall foliage.

Group Policy:

Reservations required. Rates depend on type of tours listed above. DIRECTIONS: Contact Palmer’s for best directions. Arrive and depart via Shelburne.
