Discover our flagship campus conveniently located at 135 US Route 5 in Norwich, Vermont just off of exit 12 on I-91.

Our Baker’s store offers thousands of ingredients, tools, pans, and appliances. Enjoy the expertise of our floor staff as you discover everything you need for your very best baking. For bakers of any level looking to hone their skills, our Baking Education Center offers a variety of classes and demonstrations.

We believe that good food starts with good ingredients. At our Café & Bakery, we support local farms. Our sandwiches and salads are created to highlight the best our region has to offer. Our bakery uses traditional methods and top-quality ingredients in everything we bake, from breads to delicate French croissants to all American fudge brownies. You’ll enjoy every bite.

Dates of Operation:

Open Daily from 8am – 5pm Closed New Years Day and January 2, Easter, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas and December 26.

Café is open daily 8am – 3pm.

Group Policy:

Snacks, and to go lunches for individual/on own purchases. Box lunches available with 48 hour notice. Café has limited indoor seating and outdoor patio. Prior notice is required for our brief history tour. Customized baking classes/demonstrations are available by special arrangement.
