Executive Chef Jason Tostrup lives by a simple culinary philosophy, believing that one should “do what’s right for the land, the animals, and the food that is produced by them.” He calls this philosophy “Vermont Fresh Cuisine” and readily shares it with those who experience his food and hospitality. Chef Jason is also known as a leader in New England’s farm-to-table movement and has developed strong alliances with area growers and producers.
