Group Policies & Rates: GENERAL MOTORCOACH TOURS: We offer comprehensive food and beverage packages which include the following offerings: $50 per person all inclusive (taxes & gratuity) This includes plated or buffet dinners, soft drinks, coffee and tea are included in the per person cost. In addition, we have lunch, dinner and special event catering menus and packages for specific event types in addition to the above. 1-2 hours recommended on average depending on event type.
Motorcoach Parking Information: We have a large parking lot that easily accommodates motorcoaches and busses of all sizes. The main parking lot is secure and well lit for evenings. Our restaurants are fully ADA compliant with wheelchair ramp(s) and elevators.
Dates of Operation: All of our restaurants are open 365 days per year.
Highlighted Group Experience: FOX RUN GOLF CLUB We offer stay & play packages with discounted golf with local hotel partners at our 18-hole championship golf course and 10-acre practice facility featuring a 4-hole short course, and full driving range. ENTERTAINMENT We offer a rotating schedule of live music at two of our restaurants throughout the year. WEDDINGS & SPECIAL EVENTS With the recent opening of our wedding and special event venue, The Barn At Fox Run, it is the perfect location for corporate events, weddings, rehearsal dinners, welcome parties, and corporate and holiday celebrations.
