Bennington Museum

Bennington Museum presents and explores the rich culture of southern Vermont, eastern New York state, northwestern Massachusetts, and southern New Hampshire in all its forms, from the 18th century to the present. Visitors connect with objects of art and history, and experience them in context across time and place through innovative exhibitions and programming. The Museum has rotating exhibits each year. This year, the highlight is FOR THE LOVE OF VERMONT: The Lyman Orton Collection with more than 65 artists represented. Guided museum tours can be tailored to meet your timeline. Museum staff will plan with you in advance, and a knowledgeable docent will greet your group upon arrival to guide you through your exhibitions of choice.
