VERMONT TOURISM NETWORK - Your Vermont Group Tour Planning Resource!

Snow Farm Vineyard

Vineyard and Winery situated on the shores of Lake Champlain.

Enjoy an authentic experience at Vermont’s oldest commercial vineyard located in the heart of the Champlain Islands. Come take a tour and experience wine-making from the ground up.

Snow Farm Vineyard is part of a third generation farm owned and operated by the Lane Family. Your group can sip the wine, picnic in the vineyard, cycle along scenic Lake Champlain or stroll on the 140 acre farm with panoramic views of the Adirondack and Green Mountains.

Enjoy Music in the Vineyard every Thursday evening throughout the summer; check the website for dates. We can also arrange for a catered meal that your group can enjoy in the Tasting Center or perhaps they will enjoy a taste of Island Ice Cream, made right here in Grand Isle!
